BOO! Halloween is scary stuff!

We ended up with two costumes that would work for Macie - so she had a chance to wear both!

An annual tradition for Halloween is the Pumpkin Patch Party - held at the beginning of the month. It's at Chris's uncle/aunts' house, and we spend the night eating outside, sitting by the fire pit drinking hot chocolate, and then, starting with the youngest, every person there gets to go out in the patch and pick a pumpkin to cut off and take home! It's a fun time -

Jarom and his Kindergarten class were SO cute in their program! They sang songs and recited poems for a half an hour! Jarom's Ironman (no masks at school). We all went to his Halloween Party at the school that night - it was a lot of fun

Chris was out of town this year for Halloween. The guys on the Green side of the family make a trek out to South Dakota to hunt pheasants every year. I'll get ahold of some of those pics from his trip - it's beautiful country and they got to see Mount Rushmore along the way, too!

This year Jarom (finally) decided on Ironman - and his trusty sidekick, DuckBaby -

I wanted to have Jarom as 'The Man With the Yellow Hat' and Macie as Curious George, but I didn't think of it in time to make it happen. Jarom's older now, though, so my picking out what he should be probably wouldn't have worked too well either. I can be very persuasive though...next year....next year....
